ADULT ROWING PROGRAM

The Adult Rowing Program is open to anyone 18 and older, whether you’re new to rowing or returning to the sport. Our experienced coaches provide instruction for all skill levels in a fun, supportive environment, with opportunities for both recreational and competitive rowing.

LEARN TO ROW.
BECOME PART OF A CREW.

Group Learn to Row + Adult Morning Crew

Treasure Coast Rowing Club is launching a coed adult morning rowing program in Palm City. Start with our October Learn to Row course, then continue building your skills, fitness and friendships through Adult Morning Crew.

Our 9:30 a.m. start is ideal for parents after school drop-off, remote workers with flexible schedules and adults with weekday mornings available.

GROUP LEARN TO ROW

No rowing experience needed! Learn sweep rowing in team boats, where each rower handles one oar and everyone works together. Through instruction on land and on the water, you’ll learn boat handling, safety, rowing technique and how to move in time with your crew. *If attendance doesn't permit sweep boats, we will also learn how to scull in team boats.
